Contemporary house eclectic nature of Venice Beach

The house is 3100 square foot single family dwelling with a style responding to the climate of Southern California and the eclectic nature of Venice Beach. Areas of maximum light and air exposure and indoor and outdoor experience complete with front yard, porch, patio, swimming pool and garden space. Structure of the L-shaped space to create a diagonal dimension of expansiveness to maximize interior exterior boundary. Concrete is used on the ground floor for durability. Stained Mahogany wood windows, doors, cabinets, walls and floor of the second level is used again for a durable and to create a parable-a warm texture to the concrete and plasterboard.

Light blue and green glass tiles used inside and outside to bring color to the water for all water locations like the kitchen sink splash, bathroom and swimming pool. Houses heated floor system was shining, the pool water is heated by solar panels and domestic water heating with heaters.
