Iseami Tropical House is a design house with tropical architecture concepts. Low construction on a site system with the integration between interior and exterior nature. This house was designed by considering the site, climate, environment, energy, cost and innovation in the development process. Roof of the house in the design of materials with large structural hybrid system provides energy. Iseami inspired home building project on insect exo framework that creates an open space between walls and ceilings for the elimination of room air quality.

Prioritize design strategies in the handling of sunshine, relative humidity on natural lighting and bioclimatic ventilation project. Thereby creating a comfortable space with skylights installation interior of the house to prevent UV damage to furniture and room comfort for its occupants. Roof design allows residents to have integration with the mountains surrounding the “open to the sky” concept of cross ventilation, daylight and views are present in every single room around the house.
